The submission deadline for camera ready versions of the accepted papers is June 11, 2004. Submissions are accepted here.

Submissions should be in English, 8 pages long, in postcript or pdf, formatted in accordance with the lncs guidelines by Springer. If you are using LaTeX2e, you will need the llncs.cls style file. Here are typesetting instructions in tex, ps and pdf.
