Full conference registration includes access to all DAGM and GfKl conference sessions, digital proceedings, refreshments throughout the day, a conference dinner, and free public tranport. Onsite registrations may not include the conference dinner as the number of participants is limited.
Student registration (Bachelor, Masters, and Diploma students only, but no PhD students!) includes access to the main conference only, free public transport, and refreshments throughout the day, that is, proceedings and conference dinner are not included). A student is considered a person who is full-time studying towards a bachelor, master, or (German/Austrian/Swiss) diploma degree, and does not hold an employment contract above 80 hrs per month. Persons applying for this reduced rate must provide proof of their student status by appropriate documentation (student status certificate ('Studienbescheinigung') + documentation of the study line ('Studienfach') + signed confirmation of the applicant that the DAGM2011 student registration conditions apply in his/her case) to studentregistration@dagm2011.org or Fax +49 69 798 23135.
We have negotiated room contingents with a number of hotels. Find the link to the hotel reservation system in the confirmation email once you have completed the conference registration.
Note: Participants from countries outside of the European Union have to cover all bank fees for the wire transfer.
Note for participants of the NC^2 workshop: The NC^2 workshop can be booked individually or in addition to the DAGM/GfKl conference. When booked individually, the registration only covers acces to the workshop, free public transport, and refreshments throughout the day. If you want to register for DAGM/GfKl and the workshop, please select Regular/Member in the first dialog of the registration system and select NC^2 as a tutorial. If you want to book it individually, select NC^2 in the first dialog, and do not add the NC^2 at the tutorial selection. If you have already registered for the DAGM/GfKl conference and decide to book the workshop in addition, please write to dagm@dagm2011.org.
Important note for all authors: Note that in order to guarantee appearance of an accepted paper in the DAGM 2011 conference proceedings, at least one author of the paper must register at the full conference rate (not a student rate). There are no exceptions to this rule. This also applies in the case that a student is a single author of the paper.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your conference registration via email to dagmgfklcancellation@dagm2011.org. Until July 27th, we will refund 100% of your payment minus a service fee of 30 Euro. Starting July 28th, until August 9th, we will refund 50% of your payment. After August 9th there will not be any refunding.
