PDA Download of the Eurographics 2002 Programme

The Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics, IGD Rostock, Germany offers a new, free service to Eurographics 2002 visitors: All important information for your visit is available for PDA (Palm, Windows CE) with the xGuide EUROGRAPHICS system.

With these systems you can access current information and use the following features:

• Lecture and Theme search
• Interactive Timetable
• Lecture list linked with graphical information (maps)
• Additional Information

• Taking personal notes on events and export of notes

For Palm Users:

By downloading the xGuide-EUROGRAPHICS application (zip format, 95 KB) you can obtain the latest information about EUROGRAPHICS 2002 including a site plan.

Unzip the file and add the applications to your HotSync installation list by double-clicking the xGuideBrowser.prc and the two databases (*.pdb) files. The application will be installed on your Palm with the next HotSync. With the installation "EUROGRAPHICS 2002" will be added to your application list on the Palm, easy to recognize with the EUROGRAPHICS logo.

You can uninstall the application with the Palm specific "Delete" function.

For Windows CE Users:

The application requires Windows CE 3.0 or higher with an ARM processor and about 4 MB of free memory. Download the file en_Eurographics2002.arm.CAB (ca.130KB). Execute the file with the file explorer. A link to an HTML page will be added to your start menu. This page will be the entry point for information search. During the installation, a number of files will be unpacked, which can take several minutes. The application requires Windows CE 3.0 or higher with an ARM processor and about 4 MB of free memory. You can uninstall the application with Settings -> System -> Remove program.
