- Registration for participation will be free of charge. By registering, you will obtain a password that is used to access password-protected content areas such as the discord server for interaction with the presenters and the youtube links for the talk.
- A processing fee of 50€ must be paid by each speaker of an accepted contribution (papers and posters) for publication and presentation at the conference.
- The processing fee must be paid before the conference takes place (speakers should register until September 4, 2020).
- For VCBM papers and posters, an additional open access fee (payable to EG) will be due.
